Job Summary
OET Trainers (Pharmacy) will be responsible to train pharmacy professionals for the Occupational English Test (OET). The trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training across all OET modules with a strong focus on pharmacy-specific communication scenarios, ensuring candidates achieve their target OET scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct OET training sessions tailored for pharmacy professionals
- Train candidates in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules
- Provide in-depth coaching on OET Writing (pharmacy referral/discharge letters) and Speaking role-plays
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback
- Prepare lesson plans, mock tests, and practice materials
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records
- Stay updated with OET exam formats, assessment criteria, and scoring guidelines
- Deliver engaging online and/or classroom training sessions
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm / MPharm / PharmD)
- Valid pharmacy registration (preferred)
- Certified OET Trainer or OET qualified (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in OET training or English training for healthcare professionals
Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
