Job Summary
NCLEX Trainers will be responsible to provide online training to nursing professionals preparing for the NCLEX-RN / NCLEX-PN exam. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured, engaging, and result-oriented sessions that help candidates achieve their target scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online NCLEX training sessions for nursing candidates
- Deliver comprehensive instruction on NCLEX exam content, test-taking strategies, and practice questions
- Create and implement lesson plans, mock tests, quizzes, and study materials
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Track candidate progress and provide guidance to improve weak areas
- Stay updated with the latest NCLEX exam patterns, question types, and scoring criteria
- Conduct interactive sessions to clarify concepts and enhance critical thinking
- Support candidates in building confidence for exam day
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing license
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSc / MSc / MPhil Nursing preferred)
- Prior experience in NCLEX exam coaching or nursing education preferred
- Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
