Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is driving the enrolment process, ensuring that prospective students are well-informed about the academy’s offerings and guiding them through the decision-making process. This role is focused on supporting sales strategies, generating leads, and converting prospects into enrolled students, while also nurturing relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Implementation:
  2. Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet enrolment targets and revenue goals.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement lead-generation campaigns to attract prospective students.
  4. Assist in identifying and targeting new markets or student demographics for potential growth.
  5. Lead Generation & Qualification:
  6. Generate and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., online inquiries, school fairs, outreach events, social media).
  7. Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing information about courses, programs, fees, and the application process.
  8. Maintain and update a CRM system to track interactions with prospective students and ensure timely follow-up.
  9. Customer Relationship Management:
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational consultants.
  11. Provide personalized counselling to students and parents, helping them choose the right courses based on their needs, interests, and goals.
  12. Address any concerns or questions from prospective students and offer solutions that align with the academy’s offerings.
  13. Sales Presentations & Consultations:
  14. Assist in organizing and conducting sales presentations, information sessions, and webinars to promote the academy’s programs.
  15. Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students, either in person or virtually, to guide them through the decision-making process.
  16. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations that clearly explain the academy’s value proposition.
  17. Enrollment Support:
  18. Assist in the application and enrolment process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and submitted accurately.
  19. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely communication with students.
  20. Maintain a high conversion rate from prospect to enrolled student by providing consistent follow-up and engagement.
  21. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  22. Monitor trends in the education sector, including competitor offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  23. Analyze market data and feedback to identify potential areas of improvement for the academy’s sales and marketing efforts.
  24. Provide recommendations for adjustments to sales tactics and programs based on market feedback.
  25. Reporting & Analytics:
  26. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager or Director, including conversion rates, lead generation success, and sales outcomes.
  27. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improving the sales process and increasing enrolment.
  28. Provide insights and suggestions for improving student retention and satisfaction.
  29. Collaboration with Other Departments:
  30. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
  31. Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to stay up-to-date on program offerings, changes to course curricula, and upcoming events or workshops.
  32. Assist the customer service team with any post-enrolment inquiries to ensure a seamless transition for students.
  33. Event Coordination:
  34. Help organize promotional events, open houses, or informational seminars to engage prospective students and parents.
  35. Represent the academy at educational fairs, community events, and external networking opportunities.
  36. Coordinate logistics and ensure that materials, presentations, and staff are ready for events.
  37. Sales Team Support:
  38. Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff or interns to help them develop skills in lead generation, conversion, and customer service.
  39. Share knowledge and best practices with the sales team to enhance overall team performance.
  40. Act as a point of escalation for difficult or complex sales inquiries.
