Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyse data to help the organization make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data visualization, statistical analysis, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyse business performance metrics and trends using statistical and analytical tools.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand data requirements.
• Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to management.
• Support data-driven projects by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Maintain and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modelling.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
• Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis (preferred).
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

Min 1–3 years of experience in data analysis (freshers with strong skills in analytics may also apply).
